October Fall Fund Drive Events

RUMC Foundation, Inc. hosts these two fundraising events in October. The earnings from these events help cover the operations budget. Since 1991, the board has yet to withdraw funds from the endowments to manage the endowments. It is the October fundraising that helps cover the operational budget so that all the endowment distributions can go to the areas of designation. Please support the October events and help us continue the this tradition of the Foundation.

An event that has been the highlight of the year since 1991! Remembering our former pastor, Dr. Malone Dodson and appreciating our current pastor, Dr. Tom Davis, the day is filled with a lot of shenanigans and great fellowship!

The Friday following the annual golf tournament, join us in celebrating the work of the Foundation, appreciate all that support us, and enjoy a beautiful private home. There will be heavy appetizers catered by the RUMC Kitchen showcasing a menu inspired by the Augusta National’s Trophy Room and an open bar with our favorite bartender, Jose. We will have a mix of everyone’s favorite music that allows for a lot of great social conversations with new and long-term friends. We ask for a minimum donation to cover your cost at $25 per person, not required.
