Jim Dowland
Class of 2022
Except for a five year period in the mid 2000’s when located in Houston, TX, Jim has been a member of RUMC since 1985. He has served as an usher, youth counselor, and on finance committee, board of trustees, board of stewards, and other mission efforts. His Bereans Sunday School Class is a favorite part of his experience at RUMC.
Jim is a professional engineer by schooling and spent almost 40 years in the waste business, the last ten of which were in senior corporate management at Waste Management. He brings RUMC tenure and business acumen skills to the Foundation Board.
